		<description>Brad, great post. Conservatism needs to be approached from a variety of angles to make us think differently, and looking through the lens of professional sports is a great idea and ripe with fresh analogies. 
I&#039;d love to see a book by coaches and managers on how they approach winning by using basic conservative core principles. And by the way, it doesn&#039;t make any difference to that coach or manager if the players are gay, straight, Christian, or Muslim, as long as values and goals are aligned.</description>
