InTheMiddle12 and ktward, I had made the same point (in the same post where I called the article inane), and it was deleted. Let me try again, and let's see how this works.

To explain the process to Jeb as well as explain why his assertion is wrong:

DAmato and Moynihan RECOMMENDED Sotomayor to President Bush. President Bush then NOMINATED her.

It's not that difficult to understand.

And my question is: Who moderates the posting of articles? Does just any ridiculous item get to go up, or does Mr. Frum or someone else actually approve them? Because this one shouldn't have passed the smell test.

Sinz54, you are a moron. The point of my post was, the idea of pro-choice terror is obviously absurd, a joke. But when RTLs write similar things, it’s not a joke, as several doctors could testify if they hadn’t been murdered.The point is, RTLs terrorize and PCers don’t. Why? Because RTLism is inhererntly violent.

Moderate gal: I’ve been deleted on rare occasion by an author when s/he simply doesn’t appreciate my comment- Linnane is notorious for this. There is indeed a subjective element.

I don't really care if Sotomayor was a Bush 41 nominee. The philosophy of the nominee can be quite different from the philosophy of the nominator.

Sandra Day O'Connor was definitely more liberal than Reagan, who chose her for the Court. That Reagan chose her did NOT elevate her in my eyes.
