I worked for several years on a Federal program in which Peter Rodman was an active participant, and I learned at first hand what a brilliant and eloquent man he can be. But I disagreed then and I disagree now with his concept of the presidency, which he shares with Donald Rumsfeld and Richard Cheney (who were also part of the program). One need look only at the failed US Government of the past eight years to see where the Rodman/Rumsfeld/Cheney theory of government leads (and especially the part about putting weak incompetents at the head of Federal agencies).
