What strikes me the most about this, apart from it being fairly puerile, is that each “headline” is based on one distortion and misrepresentation after another, each a little worse than the previous. It’s dishonest BS, and in the end that does not make for successful satire.

But if you want to snicker a little over the Prius ambulance, go right ahead.

And one last thing: leeches are in use in modern Western medicine today. So are maggots. Look it up.

Here is a link to leech and maggot therapy. Click on the image if you would like to see maggot therapy in all its glory.

And one last thing: do try to keep up, yes?

    “…puerile…”

(*GOOD-NATURED CHUCKLE*) Well, Sftor… I’ve gotta give you a shout out for outstanding use of… er… “word power.”

    (*WINK*)

No… seriously… one just doesn’t see “puerile” used in a sentence all that often. Kudos!

(I still think Nappy’s contribution was funny as hell, though…) (*SMILE*)
