Is there a health care problem in this country that affects our national economy?

Is there a health care problem that unduly affects some members of society?

If so, what are we willing to do about it? Is there reason to try some European or Asian (Japanese) model in the United States?

Should health insurance profits be sacrificed to create a new system?

Those are only some relevant questions. The American people should be very interested in how these questions are answered.
