		<description>Investors shouldn&#039;t have to look at a balance sheet and guess which ets are accurately valued and which have inflated values.  Lots of things are difficult to value, such as goodwill.  If an accurate balance sheet forces banks, under existing regulations, to do things we don&#039;t want them to do, the solution is to change the regulations, not change the balance sheet.</description>
