Covering up for her would be a much bigger story than if she actually sent that email. Especially with so many employees at NBC, it would be a matter of time before a copy of the supposed "bite me jewboy" server email leaked out, yet they're standing by Stone(and since it was a supposedly sent on a blackberry, RIM would have a copy also, so double the number of people who could leak the supposed email). 2-"Bite me jewboy" makes absolutely zero logical sense as a response to the mass email ALG sent out, unless ALG isn't showing all the emails that were sent to her before she said that(which would undermine their credibility).
