DeMint Not Planning to Talk to Paul About Civil Rights Act

Yesterday, the media reported that South Carolina Sen. Jim DeMint would be speaking to Kentucky GOP Senate candidate Rand Paul about his stance on the Civil Rights Act.  Today, however Dave Weigel notes that DeMint has not spoken to Paul and might not intend to.
